Julie Sanders – Teacher for 4yo group
I have had the honour of working with groups of young children for the last thirty years. During this time, I have worked in a variety of settings and completed a Certificate of Applied Social Science (Mothercraft Nursing); a Diploma of Social Science (Child Care Services) and a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
In June 2013 I will complete my Masters of Education, specialising in Special Educational Needs. The knowledge I have gained from these studies has enabled me to further refine my practice to ensure each child I teach has the benefit of a uniquely tailored program, crafted to meet their specific needs and assist them to achieve their potential.
I commenced at BPPS in 2006 and have had the pleasure of being involved with many families who have passed through this Kinder in that time.
I am married with two beautiful teenage children who provide me with great joy and the odd challenge as well!
I am passionate about educating children and enjoy being able to have a positive impact on the lives of the children and families at Brandon Park Preschool. It is my desire to see each of our children leave Brandon Park Preschool as happy, confident, resilient children with firm educational foundations and a love of learning.

My name is Michelle Phillips and I am the four year old assistant and a mum of two children.
I have been working in the early childhood industry since 1995. I completed my Child care Assistant certificate in 1995 and my Diploma of Children’s Services in 1998. Over these 18 years in the industry, I have worked as a child care assistant, Qualified room leader, Assistant Director of a childcare centre and now a kindergarten assistant. I like working at the kinder as I enjoy watching and assisting the children achieve the challenges that are set for them. We are the people who help shape and educate a child in their early years of life. Being able to do this is a rewarding career for me.
